Andrés Saenz de Sicilia (b. 1985) is a British-Mexican philosopher, researcher and artist. He holds a PhD from the Centre for Research in Modern European Philosophy, Kingston University London and teaches at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
He has published widely in the fields of philosophy and social and political theory, as well as carrying out socially engaged research projects and collaborations.
His creative works and performances have been featured in programs at the British Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, Café OTO, Whitechapel Gallery, BBC Radio 3, UNESCO Living Coast Biosphere, Documenta fifteen, Museo d'Arte Contemporanea di Roma, Villa Lontana, Flat Time House and ZKM Center for Art and Media, Karlsruhe. He has released music both under his own name and as Pataphysical (together with Camilo Tirado and Matt Linares) on record labels including 12th Isle and Good Morning Tapes.
